Train & Rail 2025 – an international breakthrough for the railway industry
This year's edition of Train & Rail, organized by Stockholmsmässan and Swedtrain, was held at Stockholmsmässan from 6 to 8 May, and was a clear confirmation of the growing strength and innovative power of the railway industry. With an increase in exhibitors by 15 percent and a 10 percent increase in visitors compared to 2023, the fair strengthens its position as the most important meeting place for the train and railway industry in the Nordic region.
Among the exhibitors were most of the large and small players in the industry – from manufacturers of trains or construction machinery to maintenance workshops and IT companies.
Train & Rail 2025 attracted visitors from 27 countries (compared to 25 countries in 2023) and exhibitors from 17 countries (compared to 12 countries in 2023), clearly demonstrating the international impact.
The seminar program also attracted a large audience, both on site and digitally. In total, over 3,200 people listened to the 69 program items that were carried out over the three days of the fair. All seminar items were summarized in real time and are now available at: Program
Planning for the next Train & Rail, in 2027, is already underway – with the goal of continuing to develop the fair as a platform for innovation, collaboration and sustainable transformation in rail and transport.
