Segula Technologies new member of Swedtrain
Segula Technologies is a global engineering and technology consultancy with operations in over 30 countries and approximately 16,000 employees. In the railway sector, Segula offers expertise and services throughout the entire life cycle — from concept and design to testing, development and maintenance, including signaling systems, vehicles (rolling stock) and infrastructure. We asked Hugo Gejervall, Business Unit Manager, a few questions.
Tell us about your company!
– Segula Technologies is a global engineering and technology consulting company with operations in over 30 countries and approximately 16,000 employees. They work in several sectors such as automotive, energy, aviation, defense and of course railway. Within railway we have 1500+ engineers globally and 20+ customers. As a consulting company, we help with individual consulting requests, build up service centers, project commitments and the entire commitment where we drive development in-house. Many choose Segula as a partner because we have the opportunity to help our customers in several technology areas and can contribute with expertise globally and because we have a presence with our customers.
What issues are you particularly passionate about at your company?
– As a consulting company, we are naturally passionate about skills development where we have the opportunity to follow our employees on their career journey. Our ambition is to help companies become more efficient and develop next-generation systems.
